The WGLL Fields are WG City Property.  All City Ordinances and Regulations are in effect and enforceable by WGLL and WGPD.  Areas within the gated entrances, batting cages, and the adjacent Junior/Senior Field are part of the WGLL Baseball Complex.

1.    NO Alcohol or Illicit Drugs in the Complex or Parking Areas.

2.    NO Tobacco products, including vaping, are permitted within the Complex.

3.    NO Weapons within the Complex or Parking Areas.

4.    Pets are allowed provided they are well-behaved and on a leash.

         a.    Pets are NOT allowed on the fields at any time.

5.    NO loud radios or boom boxes with the Complex

         a.    Walk-up music played at a respectful level is permitted by the team at bat only and must be turned off when the batter steps into the batter's box.

6.    Metal cleats are only permitted on the Junior/Senior field.

7.    NO gum, sunflower seeds, or shelled nuts are permitted.

8.    NO Baseball soft-toss into field fences or dugouts.

9.    NO ball throwing into buildings, sheds, or dugouts.

10. NO ball throwing or bat swinging in the bleachers, restrooms or concessions stand areas.

11. NO climbing, sitting, or standing on fences.

12. All bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or skates are to be walked/carried within the complex.

13. NO horseplay, aggressive acts, or rude behavior.

14. NO fighting, vulgarity, profanity, or offensive gestures.

15. Only Managers, Coaches, Team Moms, uniformed players, and League Officials are permitted in dugouts or on the playing field.

16. Trash needs to be disposed of in the trash containers provided.

17. Managers are responsible for concession support, umpiring, and other field duties as scheduled.

Any violations of the WGLL policies will be dealt with accordingly by the WGLL Board of Directors and/or referred to the WGPD.
